Shara Beltramo – Attorney

Shara Beltramo’s practice concentrates on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and probate litigation with particular focus on will and trust contests, forgery, fraud, and financial elder abuse. She also represents private professional fiduciaries as trustees, personal representatives, and conservators in contested and uncontested matters. Shara regularly appears for hearings and she conducts all aspects of drafting, discovery, and settlement.
Before joining Morrill Law Firm, Shara was a Deputy District Attorney with the Alameda County District Attorney’s office for 12 years where she worked in the felony Law and Motion Department and handled all aspects of cases including six felony jury trial taken to verdict involving charges of murder, attempted murder, sexual assault, mayhem, carjacking and drug sales. Shara has also participated in the Behavioral Health Court, which is a court designed to help low level offenders diagnosed with cognitive impairment and other mental health disorders obtain appropriate psychological treatment.
