He is a West Contra Costa County native who was raised in El Cerrito and has worked as an attorney in West Contra Costa County since 1972. Norm has extensive trial experience in civil, domestic and criminal matters, however, he now concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, business, contract and transactional law. His estate planning experience includes the preparation of simple and complex estate plans involving the drafting of living revocable trusts, wills, advance health care directives, durable powers of attorney, and handling all aspects of probate and post death trust administration. He also represents a wide variety of small and large businesses in regard to their general business legal issues; forms partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies; represents buyers and sellers in business sale transactions, and drafts and reviews contracts.
