Jennifer McGuire

Jennifer McGuireJennifer represents clients in trust and estate litigation and employment law matters. She advocates on behalf of petitioners and respondents in matters involving allegations of breach of fiduciary duty, the validity of testamentary documents, prosecuting and defending against claims of financial abuse, and disputes concerning the characterization and distribution of trust and estate property. Ms. McGuire also represents clients in a wide variety of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour violations.

Prior to joining the Morrill Law Firm, Jennifer practiced general litigation and represented clients in state and federal courts throughout California in all phases of litigation, including through trial.

Ms. McGuire graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2006. She studied abroad in London, England, where she lived after obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Berkeley. In London, Ms. McGuire worked in the fields of US immigration and banking law. She returned to the United States to pursue her Juris Doctor and graduated from the University of San Francisco in 2011.
